Qualifications

• Residential/Program Manager experience required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Must have PMT, Medical certification, and First Aid/CPR.
• Ability to lead DSP and coordinate staffing, budgeting and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive group home cohesiveness with staffing oversight.
• Oversee the reporting process from start to finish (weekly/monthly paperwork).
• Develop scheduling processes and interviewing oversight to keep staffing moving forward.
• Manage group home managers and ensure up-to-date trends, appointments, and needs.
• Oversee community activities and trainings to ensure staff fulfillment and growth.
