Job summary

Arbor Associates is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for the Springfield, MA area. The role offers $25.00/hr on a 2nd shift with weekends and on-call rotation, leading a residential team to maintain daily routines, safety, and supportive youth experiences.

You will supervise shift supervisors and counselors, review incident reports, work with clinicians to follow treatment plans, and administer medications as MAP guidelines require.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising youth in residential programs.
• Ability to coach staff during incidents and conduct debriefs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day youth experience in a residential program, maintaining routines, structure, safety, and a nurturing environment.
• Supervise and coach shift supervisors and residential counselors, including documented weekly supervision and on-call support during incidents.
• Review shift documentation and incident/ restraint reports, and assist with scheduling and call-outs.
• Collaborate with program clinician and treatment team to implement each youth's treatment plan.
• Administer medications under MAP guidelines and lead the program in the absence of the Program Manager.
