Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry‑leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll represent our national brand locally, assess customer needs, and recommend effective pest control solutions with a strong emphasis on customer service.

You will collaborate with a supportive team, including the Customer Service Center and Technicians, while traveling within your territory and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills—sales experience a plus.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and propose enhancements for pest services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share findings with the team.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure job completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the company CRM.
