Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our residential pest management services. You will be the face of our national brand in your community, protecting homes and families while delivering customer-focused service that drives growth.

The role involves inspecting homes, coordinating with support teams, developing proposals, and following up to close opportunities. A valid driver's license and 1–2 years in pest control or sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop customer proposals.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure understanding of the home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
