Terminix is part of the Rentokil family and seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell Residential Pest Management Services to new and existing customers. You will represent our national brand locally, assess client needs, and propose effective pest control solutions while ensuring superior customer service.

The role involves home inspections, sales CRM usage, and collaboration with service teams. A driver’s license and flexibility to travel within the territory are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred, especially in sales.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to address pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagram in Sales CRM to outline customer needs and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to support new service installations and ensure satisfaction.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
