Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a dynamic Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest control services, protecting homes and families. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community, leveraging expert knowledge to close sales and grow revenue.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians, complete home diagrams in the Sales CRM, and follow up on proposals. A valid driver’s license and 1–2 years sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong sales, social, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years in pest control or sales; willing to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagram in Sales CRM to map customer needs.
• Follow up on past proposals to close opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge for service installations.
• Maintain daily activity and sales records in the CRM.
