Rentokil North America is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll represent the national brand locally, assess client needs, and leverage expert product knowledge to close sales while protecting homes and families.

The role involves inspecting homes, proposing solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and traveling within the assigned territory to maximize revenue and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territories.

Aufgaben

• Visually inspect homes for pests, harborage, entries, etc.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians for more opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams within current base.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to outline home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance in Sales CRM.
