Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to drive sales of pest management services to residential customers. You will be the local face of a national brand, assessing customer needs and delivering tailored pest solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role involves field visits, collaboration with sales and service teams, and using our CRM to track proposals, installations, and outcomes. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; related experience and/or training in sales preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete home diagram in Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance in Sales CRM.
