Rentokil North America is hiring a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to new and existing residential customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and presenting tailored solutions to protect homes and families.

You will collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience appreciated.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and engage service specialists.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose additional enhancements.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
