Rentokil Terminix is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers. You’ll represent the national brand locally, assess client needs, and propose solutions to protect homes and families.

The role involves site visits, collaboration with support teams, and ongoing CRM use to close sales. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, with travel up to 100% and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills—sales experience helpful.
• Prefer 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory(s).

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess entry points, selling pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop customer proposals.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to show customer layout and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
