Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community, delivering personalized service to protect homes and families.

You’ll assess customer needs, leverage product knowledge to propose solutions, and travel within your territory to close opportunities. You’ll collaborate with service teams, complete proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and offer enhancements to services.
• Complete home diagram using Sales CRM to map challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the CRM.
