Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist in Sacramento, CA to sell Pest Management services to new and existing residential customers, using needs analysis and expert product knowledge.

You will collaborate with our service center, inside sales, and technicians to grow revenue, deliver outstanding service, and close proposals. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of sales or pest technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-facing presentation skills.
• Pest industry certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs by performing a needs analysis using expert knowledge of products and services.
• Visually inspect homes and businesses for pests and entry points.
• Sell residential pest control solutions based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals and follow up to close sales opportunities.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM and share with the team.
• Provide expert knowledge to service installations to ensure quality.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
