Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential in-field outreach. You will engage residents face-to-face, present service options, and sign up customers across assigned territories.

The role emphasizes uncapped commissions and a base salary with strong earning potential in a dynamic field environment. Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with additional commissions that can push earnings well beyond base pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in direct sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in a door-to-door setting to identify service needs and sign up customers.
• Present and quote services, explain plans, and close sales agreements.
• Travel to assigned territories and maintain accurate activity and sales reports.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and quotas.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and training sessions.
