Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential field sales across multiple U.S. markets. You’ll engage residents and property groups, drive new customer acquisition, and build brand awareness in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Base salary ranges $32,000–$40,000 with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential; total compensation can exceed six figures with performance. Training and support accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales role requiring autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in residential settings through face-to-face outreach
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness
• Understand property contract language, service levels, and obligations
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management
• Stay updated on competitor activity in your market
