Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential field work across multiple locations. You will build relationships with residents, manage leads, and drive sign-ups in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions, enabling earnings well above base for top performers. This full-time, on-site role offers strong ramp-up support and opportunities to exceed six figures.

• Face-to-face residential sales experience is preferred.
