Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential field sales. You will engage residents and property managers door-to-door to drive new customer sign-ups, earning base pay plus uncapped commissions in a dynamic field environment.

Base salary ranges with performance-based commissions create potential six-figure earnings. Training starts in late fall with travel across multiple markets; strong communication and self-motivation are essential for success.
