Astound is seeking a motivated Direct Sales Representative for residential, field-based work. You will engage residents and property managers, present service options, gather quotes, and close sign-ups in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

This role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and a drive to exceed targets. Base salary ranges with uncapped commissions, offering the potential to exceed six figures with performance.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated, self-starter and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent communications, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Solid time management and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to meet sales quotas and drive revenue.

Responsabilités

• Obtain new residential customers through in-person interactions at residences and referrals.
• Pursue sales leads daily and expand property portfolios.
• Explain service options, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report performance to management.
• Maintain knowledge of property contracts and local market conditions.
• Build brand awareness and represent Astound professionally in the field.
