Kind Lending seeks experienced Retail Loan Consultants to grow our residential mortgage business. You will generate leads, build a residual pipeline, and meet monthly and annual sales goals by networking with mortgage professionals and real estate partners.

The role emphasizes relationship building, analyzing clients' finances, and presenting loan options that fit their needs while adhering to Kind Lending guidelines. A valid NMLS license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

Three or more years’ full-time retail loan origination experience.
Ability to structure and price loans with accuracy.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

Builds rapport and leverages existing relationships with borrowers to help achieve mortgage financing goals.
Consult with customers and analyze financial situations to provide suitable loan solutions.
Ensure each loan meets customer needs and Kind Lending guidelines.
Understand loan origination process and coordinate with support staff to manage applications.
Input and upload application data into loan origination software.
Structure and price loans accurately per Kind Lending guidelines.
