Job summary

Kind Lending is seeking a Retail Loan Consultant to proactively solicit new residential mortgage business daily and build a residual pipeline to meet sales goals. You will generate leads by networking with mortgage, real estate, and related professionals and establish relationships in purchase and refinance markets.

Responsibilities include analyzing clients' financials to propose best loan solutions, ensuring loans meet customer needs, and navigating the origination process with our support

Qualifications

• Three or more years’ full-time retail loan origination experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, self-starting mortgage professional.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to structure and price loans.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport and leverages existing relationships with borrowers to help achieve mortgage financing goals.
• Consult with customers and analyze financial situations to provide the best loan product.
• Ensure each loan meets the customer’s needs and Kind Lending standards.
• Understand the loan origination process and manage applications with support staff.
• Input and upload customer information into loan origination software.
• Structure and price loans accurately per Kind Lending guidelines.
