Job summary

• Knowledge of consumer lending laws including RESPA.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial situations and lending needs to help achieve home ownership goals.
• Collect and analyze information on income, assets, debts, and credit history.
• Analyze financial information to assess qualification for lending solutions.
• Make recommendations on lending solutions to meet objectives.
• Advise customers about risks and benefits of alternatives.
• Promote Citi's brand and its lending services to agents and referral sources.
• Visit customers outside Citi offices as needed.
• Work with Operations teams to ensure smooth loan transfer and timely closing.
