Citi Bank Retail Mortgage provides home lending services through Citi branches and centralized service centers. The Home Lending Officer role focuses on originating high quality residential real estate loans and engaging with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners to grow mortgage sales and relationships.

The role requires 5-8 years of mortgage experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with internal partners to support customers.

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience in mortgage sales or lending.
• Residential Mortgage experience required.
• FHA/VA & conventional loan experience preferred.
• Ability to explain financial calculations and pricing alternatives.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with customers about financial situation and lending needs to achieve home ownership goals.
• Collect and analyze income, assets, debts, cash flow and credit history.
• Assess whether customer and property may qualify for a lending solution.
• Make recommendations on lending solutions to meet objectives.
• Promote Citi’s lending services to clients and referral sources.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth loan processing and timely closing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral networks.
