Qualifications

• Three or more years of full-time retail loan origination experience.
• Ability to structure and price loans and analyze borrower needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport and leverages existing relationships to help borrowers achieve mortgage financing goals.
• Consults with customers and analyzes financial situations to recommend the best loan product.
• Ensure each loan meets customer needs and Kind Lending guidelines; manage loan applications with operations staff.
• Input and upload application data into loan origination software; support loan process flow.
