Qualifications

Three or more years’ full-time retail loan origination experience.
Ability to structure and price loans and work with a variety of mortgage products.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Active and/or Approved-inactive NMLS license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

Builds rapport and leverages existing relationships to help borrowers achieve mortgage goals.
Consult with customers and analyze their financial situations to recommend suitable loan products.
Ensure each loan meets customer needs and Kind Lending guidelines.
Understand loan origination process and coordinate with operations staff.
Input and upload applications and customer data into loan origination software.
