Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across communities. The role involves corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work supervised by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle make-ready tasks, inspect facilities daily, and maintain safe, clean common areas. The position requires hands-on maintenance skills, strong customer service, and adherence to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks for community common areas and units.
• Respond to work orders and resident requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
• Assist in make-ready processes and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Keep detailed records of service requests, inventories, and safety logs.
