Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across properties. You will assist with corrective, preventative, and cosmetic upkeep, respond to resident requests, and help manage make-ready tasks under supervision. The role includes pool care, safety compliance, and daily on-site presence.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with knowledge of OSHA/Fair Housing guidelines. A valid commute to on-site locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests for community areas and units.

• Maintain maintenance shop and inventory; assist with make-ready tasks.
