Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance operations on-site. Responsibilities include corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. Regular attendance and safe work practices are required.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Compensation includes comprehensive benefits and an on-call component.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain the preventative maintenance program to extend property life and minimize future repairs.
• Assist with unit inspections and make-ready tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Report observed safety hazards and comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and maintenance work.
• Provide customer service to residents and support property management goals.
