The RMR Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Residential, to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in preserving the property's safety and comfort in Ocoee, FL. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include adhering to EPA/OSHA regulations, coordinating preventive maintenance, and responding to on-call needs. A valid license and strong communication skills are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' experience in maintenance property management.
• EPA Universal Certification Required.
• CPO Certification Preferred.
• Ability to earn future designations as required by Industry standards, EPA regulations, OSHA requirements, etc.
• Solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team oriented and a problem solver.
• Professional appearance and manner at all times.
• May be required to work extended periods without relief.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Rotating on-call, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Follow company policies, procedures, and all state/federal regulations (e.g., Lead Based Paint, ADA, Fair Housing, HAZCOM, OSHA).
• Be knowledgeable of EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain property condition and correct unsafe conditions.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance; inspect tools.
• Know utility cut-offs and sewer clean-outs.
• Perform area cleanup and safety duties; keep storage areas secure.
• Diagnose and perform minor maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, etc.).
• Coordinate make-ready repairs, assist make-ready staff to meet deadlines.
• Report major repairs and requisitions to Maintenance Supervisor before expenditures.
• Change locks, rekey; move heavy appliances; assist in moving belongings.
• Handle other requests from supervisors or management.
