Job summary

Rental Asset Management LLC in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. The role includes make-ready duties, and upkeep of common areas to ensure resident safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of maintenance experience, familiarity with maintenance management systems, and EPA refrigerant handling certification is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certification preferred.
• 2–3 years minimum maintenance experience.
• Solid experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair and general maintenance.
• Familiarity with maintenance management/work order systems.
• Spanish–B1, English–B1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Make-ready units for new residents, including HVAC checks and minor repairs.
• Maintain common areas to ensure a safe, clean environment for residents.
• Complete work orders within established timelines and track key indicators.
• Coordinate with Property Management and vendors; participate in on-call rotations, including weekends.
• Follow EPA standards and safety regulations, pursue continuous improvement.
