Qualifications

• Knowledge of property HVAC units and troubleshooting ability.
• Read and follow handwritten/printed service requests and report findings.
• Experience with multi-family property maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas, and amenities.
• Comply with OSHA standards and safety policies; wear proper safety equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and inventories; respond to requests.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks; assist with custodial work as needed.
• Assist in training employees from other communities when required.
