Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building systems meet safety and appearance standards.

Core duties include handling work orders, performing preventative repairs, completing make-readies for vacant units, maintaining inventory, and assisting with groundskeeping and general clean-up while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1, Type 2 or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Access materials, track inventory, and coordinate with maintenance supervisors for reordering.
• Document service activities accurately for tracking and record-keeping.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with cleaning, painting curbs and signage when needed.
