Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Service Technician in Orlando, FL. The role involves diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues, completing work orders, and managing parts and tools on property. You’ll prepare vacants, perform pre-move-in inspections, and document activities for tracking.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, inventory management, and supporting grounds and facility upkeep. A flexible schedule with potential travel may be required; EPA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications required (Type 1/II or Universal).
• Must have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues and complete work orders.
• Prepare vacant apartments and complete pre-move-in inspections.
• Manage materials, tools, and inventory; report reorders to maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas as needed, including cleaning.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; occasional travel may be required.
