Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and improve the physical aspects of our property in Orlando, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. The role covers routine maintenance, make-ready tasks for vacant units, and upkeep of grounds and amenities.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, managing inventory, and documenting all service activity. Applicants must have EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license for on-site vehicle use.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance on multi-family properties.
• Ability to complete work orders and make-ready tasks.
• Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation on property.
• EPA refrigerant certifications as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and perform pre-move-out inspections.
• Manage materials and inventory with the maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Assist cost-control by fixing parts rather than replacing when possible.
