Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to join our Florida property team. You will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality across the property portfolio.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, the make-ready process for vacant units, inventory tracking, and assisting in property inspections. On-site with a Mon-Fri schedule plus on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• OSHA and safety-related training per policy.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and code requirements.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and prepare for leasing.
• Track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
