Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and help prepare vacant units for leasing.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid drivers license, and willingness to follow safety policies. onsite responsibilities include facilities upkeep and support for cost-containment efforts.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certification is required.
• State/local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid drivers license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and document materials used.
• Document service requests timely and accurately.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting when required.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing them when possible.
