Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality across common areas. Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready tasks for new move-ins, inventory tracking, and documenting work for service-request records.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and outdoor conditions is required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1/II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property as needed.
• All state/local certifications as required for service technicians.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Makes ready for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list.
• Tracks inventory, acquires supplies, and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately.
• Maintains grounds and amenities by cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.

Formation

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
