Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Binghamton West - Stonebridge Binghamton property. You will support maintenance operations, perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, and assist with make-ready tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, familiarity with safety standards (OSHA) and Fair Housing Laws, and reliable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic work.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the maintenance shop and surrounding areas.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and maintain accurate records of service requests.
