Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities in Charleston, SC. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete preventative maintenance across properties to meet company standards for safety and functionality.

The role includes making-ready tasks, inventory management, and documentation to track service requests, with opportunities for bonus programs based on performance.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property may be required.
• Incumbents must adhere to OSHA and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks inventory and restocks materials; returns unused items to the designated location.
• Completes documentation to document and track service requests.
• Assists in grounds and common area upkeep including cleaning and painting.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
