Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventive maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing to code standards.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by inspecting, listing needed work, scheduling vendors, and verifying tasks.
• Follows procedures to access materials and equipment, tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisors of reordering needs.
• Documents service requests promptly and accurately to ensure proper recording and tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas by trash pickup, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, cleaning, and painting curbs.
