Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive and routine maintenance across buildings and common areas in our Scottsdale properties. You will diagnose, repair, and document work orders to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certification, a valid driver's license for on-site operations, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf carts on property.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building systems per policies and codes.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Manage materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor on reorders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities as directed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts.
