Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Scottsdale, AZ to perform technical maintenance ensuring buildings and grounds meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete make-ready tasks for new move-ins.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with solid safety and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, access materials, and document work completed for records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform general cleaning, and assist with safety compliance.
