Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair the physical aspects of our garden-style properties. This role ensures cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and amenities in a fast-paced leasing environment.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with make-ready tasks for new move-ins. A valid EPA refrigerant certification and a valid driver’s license are required, with potential for growth

Qualifications

• Proficient in general maintenance and repair work on residential property.
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA-related requirements.
• Experience with completing work orders and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or structural systems.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and prepare for leasing.
• Maintain inventory and document work orders to ensure accurate tracking.
• Assist in keeping common areas clean and safe.
