Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in single-family rental homes and deliver outstanding resident service. You will address multiple trades, conduct ProCare visits, educate residents on home systems, and coordinate follow-up visits using the maintenance mobile app.

The role requires strong customer service, OSHA 10 or completion within 90 days, and familiarity with residential construction and basic repairs.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA 10 required (or within 90 days of hire).
• Comfort with using mobile devices and apps.
• Knowledge of residential construction and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service requests across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and maintain home quality.
• Complete ProCare visits and schedule next visits via maintenance app.
• Educate residents on home systems and Invitation Homes expectations.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turns and market-ready stages.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use company tools and vehicles.
