Invitation Homes in Tampa, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality repairs across multiple trades in single-family rental homes, delivering outstanding resident service.

You’ll complete ProCare visits, educate residents on home systems, and contribute to safety guidelines while managing tools and equipment. The role requires 2–5+ years of residential maintenance, OSHA 10, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include bonus, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years’ proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance.
• OSHA 10 certification required (within 90 days if not already certified).
• EPA Certification: Type I, Type II, or Universal is a plus.
• HVAC Certification is a plus.
• CPO certification (pool) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience for all residents.
• Perform ProCare visits and schedule the next maintenance visit with residents.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Complete property condition assessments and alert management for urgent items.
• Use and care for company tools, materials, and vehicles.
• Review next day appointments to ensure efficient single-visit completion.
• Adhere to Invitation Homes safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
