Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems in Progress Residential single-family homes. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose HVAC, electrical, plumbing issues, and ensure safety while delivering excellent resident service.

Requires HVAC certification or equivalent training, EPA certification, and at least 3 years in maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification preferred; technical training is advantageous.
• EPA certification required; valid driver's license in working state.
• Minimum 3 years in general maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall).
• Experience with residential appliances and ability to troubleshoot and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and service requests on-site.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and fixtures.
• Address safety issues and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Interact professionally with residents and vendors; on-call as needed.
• Maintain organized workspace and vehicle; complete requests promptly.
