Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Service Technician II to join our maintenance team in Raleigh, NC. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair residential systems and appliances in Progress Residential single-family homes, while maintaining safety and high customer service standards.

The role requires HVAC and EPA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and prior maintenance experience. On-call availability and strong organizational skills are expected as part of a busy, safety-conscious work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification preferred or required.
• EPA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair various systems and components in Progress Residential single family homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and respond to service requests.
• Diagnose HVAC items including thermostats, batteries and filters.
• Maintain safety standards and follow company policies.
