Job summary

BH Management seeks a Service Technician II to join our Progress Residential maintenance team. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and related systems in single‑family homes to ensure a safe, efficient and high‑quality resident experience.

Your work supports cost controls and superior service, with daily responsibilities spanning preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and timely completion of service requests, while upholding safety and company

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
HVAC certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license in the working state.
Minimum of 3 years’ general maintenance experience.
EPA Certification.
Own tools required.
Experience repairing residential appliances preferred.
On‑call availability including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

Assess service requests and provide outstanding customer service.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC items, thermostat, batteries and filters.
Report major repairs or replacements before expenditures.
Maintain safety and compliance with laws and regulations.
Maintain vehicle/workspace and follow fleet policies.
Be available for on-call, weekends and evenings.
