Job summary

BH Management, LLC seeks a Service Technician II to assist with maintenance, repairs, and preventive projects across the property. You will diagnose and fix issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances, while supporting make-readies and safety programs.

Qualifying candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, basic computer skills, and a valid EPA 608 Type I certification. A high school diploma is preferred. On-site schedule; some overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills to use industry software.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use technology to prioritize tasks with guidance from supervisors.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances.
• Maintain tools and document preventive maintenance per BH guidelines.
• Respond to resident requests and follow safety requirements.
