Job summary

BH Management, LLC, a leading multifamily owner and operator, seeks a Service Technician II to support oversight of physical assets and resident satisfaction. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues, and assist with make-readies and rehab projects while following safety procedures.

You will work under supervision, handle preventive maintenance tasks, and contribute to a safe, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills to perform job functions using industry software.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and more.
• Assist with make-readies and preventive maintenance programs for the property.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of assets and report hazards per policy.
