Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to assist with oversight of physical assets and customer satisfaction at our properties. You will diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and interior/exterior structures, and assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance programs.

Applicants should have at least two years of maintenance experience, basic appliance repair skills, and EPA Section 608 Type I certification.

Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and related repairs.
• EPA Section 608 Type I certification and basic appliance repair knowledge.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and appliances.
• Perform make-readies and assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Identify hazards and report to supervisors; follow BH safety guidelines.
• Maintain tools, respond to resident requests and coordinate with management.
