Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems; install new appliances when needed.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Maintain property exterior to preserve curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
